Urban Context and Design Approach

The objective of this project was to harmoniously integrate the residential complex into the surrounding urban environment. This presented a particular challenge for our team, as the surrounding development was characterized by strong visual dynamism and eclecticism, with an abundance of diverse architectural approaches, styles, and compositional accents.

In response to this context, the design decisions were deliberately focused on shaping a restrained, balanced, and cohesive architectural identity—one capable of acting as a stabilizing element within the urban environment, avoiding visual conflict while preserving its own distinct character.

The facade restyling is focused on creating a contemporary, precise, and restrained architectural image, while taking into account economic feasibility and the developer’s budget constraints. The design approach is based on a combination of decorative plaster and bronze-toned composite elements, achieving a balance between aesthetic expression, operational durability, and the tactile quality of materials. The resulting image fully corresponds to the identity and conceptual name of the residential complex, Estet Hill.
